INGREDIENTS:

  • 30GR BABY ROCKET LEAVES

  • 120GR BRIOS BREAD

  • 80GR GOAT CHEESE

  • 30GR TOMATO

  • 30GR EGGPLANT

  • 20GR MUSHROOM PLEUROTUS

  • 20GR TEMPURA

  • 20GR PANKO CRUMBS

METHOD OF PREPARATION

FIRST WE TAKE THE GOAT CHEESE AND WE PASS FROM PANKO AND TEMPURA.AFTER WE PASS FROM DEEP FRY

.

WE TAKE THE VEGETABLES AND WE PUT IN THE GRILL WITH THE BRIOS BREAD.AFTER ALL WE FIX THE BURGER WITH THE BABY ROCKET LEAVES.

WE SERVE WITH FRENCH FRIES OR SOME SALAD.
