MELON ORANGE COLADA

 INGREDIENTS:

1 cup Melon cut pieces

1/2 cup orange juice

4-5 ice cubes.

coconut cream to your taste

1/4 tsp cinnamon powder

2 scoops vanilla ice cream

1/4 tsp orange emulsion (optional)

1 bottle Fanta Umbrella for garnish orange segments Jar for serving

METHOD:

1 First scoop melon with melon ball scoope. In a blender add ice cubes, melon, orange juice, vanilla ice cream, coconut cream, cinnamon, orange emulsion and blend.

2 While serving add the above mixture and top with Fanta stir and serve Garnish with umbrella and orange slices serve chilled
