INGREDIENTS:
Popcorn
2 tbsp butter
1 chopped onion
500ml approx water
salt and pepper to taste
optional ingredients you can add are garlic, celery, leeks and carrots
METHOD:
Make popcorn
In a pan melt butter and then add onions and saute.
Add popcorn and then then the water. Simmer for a few minutes, then use an electric whisk to blend. Strain the soup, season and serve hot.
