METHOD OF PREPARATION
WE GRILLED THE TALAGANI CHEESE,THE TOMATOES AND THE EGGPLANTS.AFTER WE SERVE WITH MESCLUN SALAD AND BALSAMIC CRÈME.
FOR THE BALSAMIC CRÈME WE PUT IN A SMALL POT THE BALASAMIC VINEGAR THE PORTO WINE THE RED WINE VINEGAR AN THE BROWN SUGAR.WE REDUCE IN THE HALF QUANTITY.
