  • 140GR TALAGANI SMOKED CHEESE

  • 20GR OLIVE OIL

  • 5GR BALSAMIC VINEGAR

  • 5GR PORTO WINE

  • 5GR RED WINE VINEGAR

  • 3GR BROWN SUGAR

  • 100GR EGGPLANT

  • 25GR MESCLUN SALAD

  • 100GR TOMATO

  • SALT


METHOD OF PREPARATION


WE GRILLED THE TALAGANI CHEESE,THE TOMATOES AND THE EGGPLANTS.AFTER WE SERVE WITH MESCLUN SALAD AND BALSAMIC CRÈME.

FOR THE BALSAMIC CRÈME WE PUT IN A SMALL POT THE BALASAMIC VINEGAR THE PORTO WINE THE RED WINE VINEGAR AN THE BROWN SUGAR.WE REDUCE IN THE HALF QUANTITY.
