For Aloo Tikki
200 Gm's Mashed Potato
30 Gm's bread crumbs
30 Gm's milk powder
10 Gm's coriander chopped
5 Gm's ginger
5 Gm's red chili powder
Salt to taste
100 Gm's yogurt
20 Gm's sugar
Pinch of jeera powder
Take all the ingredients for Aloo Tikki and mix it in a bowl and make small flat Tikkis and deep fry them.
Then take a platter and place 4 Aloo tikkis together and pour sweet yogurt on it.
Add sweet and green chutney in circular direction.
