MINALS JUMEIRAH SPICE
This Gujratri sweet dish is great for Navratri fasting and all year round festivals and parties!
2 x 200gm (approx) Milk Chocolate
1 x 200gm (approx) White Chocolate
1/2 cup Almonds
1/2 cup Pistachios
1/2 cup Desiccated Coconut
1 tsp ghee for greasing the dish
Prepare the nuts by dry roasting them and then crushing them. Dry roast the coconut too.
Melt the milk chocolate first in a pan or in microwave (your choice). Add nuts and coconut to this and mix well covering it all with chocolate.
Place this in the greased dish and level out evenly with 1cm - 1.5cm depth, leave to set.
Melt the white chocolate in the same way and cover the top of the set chocolate mixture on the dish. Allow the white chocolate to set then cut into long strips or to your preference.
