Paneer Parcels perfectly balanced textures and exciting flavours creating tongue-tingling effect, perfect for starters and tea-time snacks
Dough for Parcels
1 cup Wheat flour (approx)
extra flour for rolling
1 tbs sunflower oil
water to make dough
Mix all above to form dough like chapati dough and divide the dough into equal ball
1 cup Paneer crumbled
1- 2 tsp Green Chillies
1 tsp Ginger
2 tbsp each Chopped peppers red, yellow and green
2- 3 tbspchopped onions
2 tsp lemon juice
salt & pepper to taste
Please note all above ingredients can be adjusted to your taste
Make the parcels by rolling out the dough using the chapati flour for dusting.
Place a small amount of the filling in the centre and fold the sides to make a parcel. Seal by pressing the sides down.
Shallow fry in a pan until crispy golden brown.
Serve hot with chutney or chili sauce and enjoy the crispy Paneer Parcels
