In a pan heat ghee and add curry leaves, garlic, green beans and carrots. Add salt and turmeric to your taste and allow to cook on medium heat. Once cooked add cabbage, leaks, raisins, cashew nuts chili flakes and cook for a further few minutes then add the cooked rice, stir and cook for further 2 minutes.
Serve hot to enjoy the aroma and flavours of this rice dish!
