Heat oil in pan, add the cumin allow it to sizzle before adding the onions and chillies.
Add the peas and all the spices, corriander and then stir in the tofu last and saute for approximately 2-3 minutes.
Prepare wraps by spooning Green Pea and Tofu mixture in the middle of the wrap to make a roll or fold as you prefer. For the Festive season you can tie with a ribbon to make it more of a festive food wrap!
