SPICY VEGGIE FRENCH TOAST (As seen on TV)
Wholemeal or White Sliced bread
1 Cup Semolina
1 Cup plain yogurt
To your taste:
chopped green chillies
chopped bell peppers-red, green & yellow
Mix all ingredients
Heat a frying pan
Take the bread and place on a board, spread the mixture only on one side and then spray oil in the pan and place the bread to cook.
In the meantime spread the other side of the bread and then turn over.
Cook both sides until crispy golden brown.
Usually takes between 5-6mins.
Remove from pan and cut into triangles.
Or into small cubes to be used as pass round cocktails/starters on cocktail
