BHARWAN ALOO TIKKI DE CHAAT



INGREDIENTS For Aloo Tikki

200g Mashed Potato

30g bread crumbs

30g milk powder

10g coriander chopped

5g ginger

5g red chili powder

Salt to taste

Sweet Yogurt

100g yogurt

20g sugar

Other ingredients

Sweet chutney

Green chutney

Pinch of jeera powder

METHOD:


Take all the ingredients for Aloo Tikki and mix it in a bowl and make small flat Tikkis and deep fry them.

Then take a platter and place 4 Aloo tikkis together and pour sweet yogurt on it.

Add sweet and green chutney in circular direction.
