INGREDIENTS:
1 capsicum chopped
1 tomato chopped
4-5 cauliflower florets (boiled)
1 -2 garlic chopped
1/2 cup onion chopped
2 tbsp butter
2 tsp pau bhaji masala
2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp chilli flakes (optional)
1 tsp cumin powder
1/2 fresh lemon juice
salt to taste
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese or cheddar cheese
1-2 tbsp cooking cream
Coriander to garnish
METHOD:
Heat the butter sauté the garlic, onions and capsicum. Add the cauliflower, tomatoes and then mash all together.
Add pau bhaji masala, salt, cheese of your choice and stir in cooking cream to finish off and make it to soft consistency to dip the bread.
For the fondue the bread can be baguette cubed or bread rolls cut into cubes and you can toss them in melted butter in a pan or just soft plain cubes.
