TOMATO GAZPACHO WITH TOMATO CONFIT, CUCUMBER AND RADISH CHIPS

INGREDIENTS FOR TWO PORTIONS


  • 500GR TOMATO

  • 20GR CUCUMBER

  • 5GR ONION

  • 2GR GARLIC

  • 6GR FRESH BASIL

  • 4GR PASTE OF TOMATO

  • 4GR FRESH THYME

  • 2GR XERES VINEGAR

  • 2GR TABASCO

  • 70GR FRESH RED PEPPERS

  • 5GR SUGAR


METHOD OF PREPARATION


WE COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS 12 HOURS BEFORE IN ONE CONTAINER INSIDE THE FRIDGE.AFTE WE TAKE THE MIX AND WE PASS FROM THERMOMIX TO BE SMOOTH.WE STRAIN FROM A FINE STRAINER AND ITS READY TO SERVE.SERVE ALWAYS COOL.
