MUTIA FOR GUJRATI UNDHIYU


These methis Undhiyu mutia's can be made in advance and kept in the freezer to save time especially during Diwali.


INGREDIENTS:


3 cups Wheat flour

1 cup Gram flour

1 cup or more to your taste of Methi fresh cut finely

2-3 tbsp oil

1/4 tsp bicarbonate of soda

Salt, turmeric and chili powder to taste

METHOD:


Mix all the above ingredients and a little water at a time to bind the mixture.

Roll into small balls and keep aside.

Heat oil and deep fat fry for 2-3 mins. Once cool you can freeze them or use them fresh in your Undhiyu.
