Paneer Parcels


Paneer Parcels perfectly balanced textures and exciting flavours creating tongue-tingling effect, perfect for starters and tea-time snacks


Serves 4

INGREDIENTS: Dough for Parcels

1 cup Wheat flour (approx)

extra flour for rolling

1 tbs sunflower oil

water to make dough

Mix all above to form dough like chapati dough and divide the dough into equal ball

INGREDIENTS: Paneer Filling


1 cup Paneer crumbled

1- 2 tsp Green Chillies

1 tsp Ginger

2 tbsp each Chopped peppers red, yellow and green

2- 3 tbsp chopped onions

2 tsp lemon juice

salt & pepper to taste

Please note all above ingredients can be adjusted to your taste

  1. Make the parcels by rolling out the dough using the chapati flour for dusting.

  2. Place a small amount of the filling in the centre and fold the sides to make a parcel. Seal by pressing the sides down.

  3. Shallow fry in a pan until crispy golden brown.

  4. Serve hot with chutney or chili sauce and enjoy the crispy Paneer Parcels
