AUTHENTIC GREEK TZATZIKI - Indulge in this Thick and Creamy Restaurant-Style Tzatziki Dip


4 cups Greek yogurt or Full fat plain yogurt

3-4 small Cucumbers grated (Drain water on paper towels)

2-3 cloves Garlic chopped finely

1 tbsp Dill chopped finely

2 tbsp Olive oil

Salt to taste

Chili flakes (optional)


  1. Place yogurt in a mesh sieve to drain water, this can be done overnight or few hours beforehand on the day keep chilled.

  2. In a bowl mix together the yogurt, drained cucumber, chopped garlic, olive oil, chili flakes, dill, salt to taste. Keep in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

  3. Serve as a starter or dip, great for parties with strips of warm pitta bread or crudites.
