GREEN PEAS & TOFU WRAPS - Deliciously spiced to keep you warm this season!

Makes approx 12 rolls


1 cup Green Peas (Boiled)

100gm Tofu (firm texture) diced into small cubes

2-3 green chillies finely chopped

1 small onion finely chopped

fresh coriander chopped

1 tsp cumin

1/2 tsp turmeric

1- 2 tsp Garam masala

1 tsp Chaat masala (optional)

1 tsp Amchur powder

Chilli powder to your taste of spice

Salt to your taste

2 tbs Olive oil

12 Wraps of your choice white/corn/wholemeal


  1. Heat oil in pan, add the cumin allow it to sizzle before adding the onions and chillies.

  2. Add the peas and all the spices, corriander and then stir in the tofu last and saute for approximately 2-3 minutes.

  3. Prepare wraps by spooning Green Pea and Tofu mixture in the middle of the wrap to make a roll or fold as you prefer.
