Boil the above ingredients, drain water and then blend and add the milk and keep aside.
INGREDIENTS FOR SAUTE VEGETABLES:
1/2 cup red, green and yellow Capsicum finely chopped
1/4 cup Cauliflower finely chopped
1/4 cup Broccoli finely chopped
1 small Onion finely chopped
1 tablespoon of olive oil
Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat to saute the vegetables. Add capsicum, cauliflower, broccoli and onions. Cook for approximately 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables begin to soften.
Pour in the blended vegetables with milk. Stir constantly until the mixture comes to a boil.
Reduce the heat to low and simmer 3 to 5 minutes until the soup has thickened. Season with salt, black pepper and chili flakes to taste.
Garnish with Basil or coriander
