No time for breakfast?
Ahlaam Ali shows us that there is no excuse to skip breakfast with these overnight breakfast jars!
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup Oats
1 cup Almond milk
1/2 cup Mangoes chopped up
1/2 cup Berries of your choice
Flaxseeds (optional)
You can also add any other healthy choices
METHOD:
Place the oats and the milk in one mason jar
Add Mangoes and Berries
And leave overnight in the fridge
Shake it up in the morning and enjoy it
