OVERNIGHT TROPICAL OATS

No time for breakfast?

Ahlaam Ali shows us that there is no excuse to skip breakfast with these overnight breakfast jars!

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup Oats

1 cup Almond milk

1/2 cup Mangoes chopped up

1/2 cup Berries of your choice

Flaxseeds (optional)

You can also add any other healthy choices

METHOD:


  1. Place the oats and the milk in one mason jar

  2. Add Mangoes and Berries

  3. And leave overnight in the fridge

  4. Shake it up in the morning and enjoy it
